DORTRAIT provides AI-assisted image generation tools that create stylized outputs from user-provided inputs.

Service features may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

Some features are usage-based and may require credits. Free and promotional credits may have eligibility conditions and daily limits.

Unless otherwise required by law, credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit ("User Content"), subject to rights you grant in these Terms.

You grant Alta Cognition LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit User Content solely for operating, securing, and improving the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

Due to the nature of AI systems, outputs may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users.

You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute content or activities that are unlawful, harmful, or abusive, including:

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend credits, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

We may also take action to protect the Service, users, and third parties from abuse or legal risk.

The Service, including software, branding, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by Alta Cognition LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, no rights are granted to copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

The Service may rely on third-party providers (including model, hosting, and authentication providers).

We are not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party services, and their terms may apply when you interact with them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, error-free, non-infringing, or suitable for any specific legal, medical, financial, or professional purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alta Cognition LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alta Cognition LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or business reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which Alta Cognition LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
